The production of Merlins Ambrosia starts with the normal pressing procedure. The oil is separated from the dry parts with very (VERY) high pressure at low 34° Celsius, thus avoiding any unwanted effects for both dry parts and oil.
In a rather manual procedure the pellets, containing the whole seed except most of the oil, go through a grinding process. The result is a powder that can eaten in an exact dosage, depending on the users weight and age. Some may like it with their Yoghurt, some added to cereals.
